Sales, Refund and Returns Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Florida sales and Miami-Dade County tax of 7% applies to all orders shipped to addresses within Florida.

If you have a resale certificate or tax exempt certificate, please contact Us before you place your order. Taxes will be modified after your order is placed. Taxes cannot be modified after your order has shipped. Create an account on our website to have your tax information kept on file for future orders.

All items on sale are final sale, including those that cannot be returned. No returns or exchanges are accepted for these items.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) or GMT -4 will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Processing time does not include package transit times.

Messenger delivery is available in Miami only, and is subject to availability. Orders are typically delivered the next business day if placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) or GMT -4, and if products are available for shipment. Please specify a preferred delivery time window. If we are unable to fulfill your request within the specified time, we will notify you promptly.

In-Store Pick Up orders will be ready for pickup the following business day if placed before 3 p.m. EST or GMT -4. To collect your order, please present a copy of your JamaliGarden.com order confirmation along with the credit card used for the purchase. Kindly specify the date and time of your intended pickup.

In-Store Pick Up orders will be held for a maximum of 5 days only. Failure to collect your order within this timeframe will result in cancellation.

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us (+1) 904-442-4042, (+1) 786-354-3102. We do not accept cancellation requests via email. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping agent, it cannot be canceled. If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, you must accept delivery and then request a return authorization following our Return Policy. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
